| Ask them to pay a certain amount of fee before they see the doctor, then rebate the amount or add to what they have already paid. Also the clinic or hospital should write down their id no. or passport no., this is exactly what US & Canada do, writting patients' ID number (social security number) before they see the doctor. Then they can track the patients down if they refused to pay up. |
