did anyone know 陳水扁 how to be the 市長? He used the same method!!...at that time..About 1984...he said he was in posion and said the competitor want to KiLL him.....!! He hasn't died at that time...and won that time ga 市長...I can say his acting skill is really good.......and of course..at that time's situation also 疑點重重....
